FRED AMPOLINI, MSEE

Fred is a leader and change agent with 30 years of business, manufacturing and engineering expertise. He designs and deploys industry leading management processes and leverages innovative technologies to increase profit. His skill set includes leading and building high performing teams, improving conversion cost, optimizing staffing and quality, assessing new technologies, creating world class maintenance practices and managing complex projects.  Fred led the deployment of an S&OP process.

He developed a market share leading consumer goods product for a billion dollar category. He is an inventor on more than 35 US and International patents. He has also commercialized the manufacturing of several new to the world products.

Fred and his family live in Winston Salem, NC. He is the Chairman of Habitat for Humanity of Stokes County and is a mentor for SCORE NC. SCORE helps small aspiring and existing small businesses achieve success. He is also an active member of Greater Winston-Salem Inc. and several local small business incubators.
